Delivery Cancellation / Order Modification Policy
All approved orders/requests can only be cancelled/modified within the following cancellation/modification lead-times:

Accenture shall not be charged of the order value if cancellation/modification is made prior to the cancellation/modification deadline. However, if cancellation/modification is made after the agreed cut-off period, the original order shall be considered final and ""sold"", and Accenture shall pay the full order value amount accordingly. Likewise, Service Provider shall deliver the order based on the agreed time and place.
If the modification involves adding items to the order, and such modification is communicated to the Service Provider beyond the agreed upon cut-off time, the modification will be denied by the Service Provider, and Accenture, at its discretion, may just raise a new order request for these additional items."
Accenture may request that the order be delivered to another authorized venue 24 hours prior to the “need-by” date and time. Standard delivery charges will apply. In the event that Service Provider is unable to deliver to the modified venue, the order shall be processed and delivered to the original venue assignment. Inability of Service Provider to deliver to the new venue does not release Accenture from obligation to pay the order/request.
Delivery Arrival and Receipt Policy
The Delivery Area is the designated receiving area of Accenture. The Delivery Time is defined as the requestors “need by time” of delivery and the time the Service Provider's rider arrives at the Delivery Area and signs the Accenture-designated food delivery log sheet.
Accenture’s Receptionist/City Service Personnel will receive the items. It is the Receptionist/City Service Personnel’s responsibility to check the completeness of the items. Should the Receptionist/City Service Personnel find that an item is missing, the order is incomplete, or there is an error in the order, it is the latter's responsibility to inform the Service Provider's rider of the error prior to the rider leaving the (receiving area).
Incomplete Delivery Orders
It is the Receptionist/City Service Personnel’s responsibility to check the completeness of the ordered items upon receipt thereof. In the event of missing item, incomplete orders, or there is an error in the delivery order, it is the latter's responsibility to inform the Service Provider's rider of the error prior to the rider leaving the delivery area. Service Provider will correct the delivery order with another delivery at the soonest possible time allowed by the Food Vendor.
If the Receptionist/City Service Personnel does not inform the rider of the incompleteness of the order upon receipt and checking, the order is considered as complete and fulfilled. (Receptionist/City Service Personnel must check for completeness and accuracy of the order delivered on the spot.
Payment is required for all correctly included menu items in the order. All wrongly included menu items, or missing items, shall not be paid for by Accenture. All items delivered by mistake will not be charged to Accenture and will be left to the Accenture requester at no cost. For any error in delivery communicated within the 1 hour "grace period" after receipt time, Service Provider will coordinate with the Food Vendor delivery of the correct food item/s for delivery, subject to the delivery capability of the Food Vendor.
Abandoned Delivery Order Policy
All orders that are not received within 15 minutes after documented arrival of the Service Provider's rider are considered as received and fully delivered and shall be left at the designated receiving area of the Accenture site. Neither Service Provider nor its affiliated Food Vendor guarantee the freshness of the food if it is abandoned by Accenture at the agreed upon pick-up time. "
On-Site Events Catering Cancellation / Order Modification Policy

*Accenture shall not be charged of the order value if cancellation/modification is made prior to the cancellation/modification deadline. However, if cancellation/modification is made after the agreed cut-off period, the original order shall be considered final and ""sold"", and Accenture shall pay the full order value amount accordingly. Likewise, Service Provider, by close coordination with its affiliate Food Vendor, shall prepare the order for setup at the designated event catering site.
If the modification involves adding items to the order, and such modification is communicated to the Service Provider beyond the agreed upon cut-off time, the modification will be denied by the Service Provider, and Accenture, at its discretion, may just raise a new order request for these additional items."
*In the event that Accenture cancels/modifies the order after the cancellation/modification deadline, Accenture shall abide by the cancellation/modification policy of the Food Vendor which shall be provided to Accenture upon confirmation of the order. In the absence of a documented Food Vendor cancellation/modification policy, the following cancellation/modification fee matrix will apply:
6 days (7pm cut-off) before the ""need-by"" date - 50% of the contracted order amount
5 days (7pm cut-off) before the ""need-by"" date - 75% of the contracted order amount
4 days (7pm cut-off) before the ""need-by"" date - 100% of the contracted order amount*
All cancellations/modification are required to be sent via official email on or before the cancellation/modification cut-off time.
Accenture shall not be charged if cancellation/modification is made prior to the cancellation/modification deadline. However, if cancellation/modification is made after the agreed cut-off period, the order is considered as sold and Accenture shall pay the full order value amount.
Abandoned On-Site Events Catering Cancellation Order Policy
Our objective is always to provide you the best food at all times, so we go through great efforts to insure that the food arrives hot and freshly cooked upon delivery.
However we also understand that food freshness does not last and after a certain time, the quality of the taste diminishes and may not be fit for consumption. If any food items are consumed after the recommended consumption time, we cannot ensure the freshness of the food items.
Please take note of the following guidelines:
1. PLEASE CONSUME ASAP: All food must be consumed within 3 hours from actual delivery time, otherwise the food will NOT be of edible quality. We recommend eating it within 60 minutes from actual delivery.
2. BE AWARE OF DELICATE FOODS: Seafood, cream based food, food with coconut “gata,” salads, or fresh drinks must be consumed within 30-60 minutes from arrival time.
However, should there be any issues regarding food quality, please follow the steps listed below.
